Routine analysis of rocks and water samples are performed via atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS) in geochemistry laboratory. Diffraction patterns of pulverized rock samples are conducted via X-Ray diffractometer (XRD).
Rock and mineral analysis
Si, Al, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Ti, Na, K analysis is carried out using atomic absorption spectrometry in soil and rock and minerals. Optionally, other elements are also analyzed apart from these.
Heavy metal analysis such as Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn, Cr, Sn, Sb, Ag, Au and Sr are done by atomic absorption spectrometry in ore samples. Optionally, other elements are also analyzed apart from these.
Turkish Standards are employed in these groups studies.
Physical and chemical properties of surface and groundwaters, mineral waters and thermal waters are analyzed.
Water quality parameters desired in samples, sampling, conservation of samples and scientific developments in the analysis based on internationally recognized and is regularly updated Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Waste Water test standards prepared by the APHA (American Public Health Association), AWWA (American Water Work Association), and WPCF (Water Pollution Control Federation) are applied.
Geochemistry laboratory, is equipped with modern apparatus and equipment, trained and experienced technical personnel on rock and water analysis.
